MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT

You may purchase a Freekickmastersusa.com one year subscription to the Members Only Access or Members Only Gold Access (“Membership”). Membership is good for one year from the date of purchase and gives limited access, in accordance with our LICENSE AND SITE ACCESS policy, to exclusive Free Kick Master material that is not available to non-Members/non-subscribers. Members Only Access gives Members/subscribers access to one or more of the following, available solely at the option and with the permission of Operator: exclusive articles, contests, merchandise discounts, pay per view discounts, exclusive email updates, and discounts to view the preliminary/qualifying rounds of the Free Kick Master Event live via web stream. Members Only Gold Access includes all of the benefits of the Members Only Access subscription plus access to view the preliminary or lower level qualifying rounds of the Free Kick Master Event on live web stream. Access to view the preliminary or lower level qualifying rounds of the Free Kick Master Event will only be available via the internet and to persons inside the stadium. Though the Operator will endeavor to ensure access to exclusive material with Memberships, Member access to exclusive materials (designed to be available only with the purchase of a Membership) is not guaranteed, and you agree that Operator is not responsible for any event, error or failure which results in the inability of Membership subscribers to view the Event or exclusive access material.

Membership is non-refundable and non-transferrable. Attempts to “charge back” pre-purchased Memberships will be reassessed against the cardholder to the extent permitted under the law governing these Conditions of Use, and the cardholder will be responsible for any additional fees incurred by Operator as a result of any such charge backs.

Membership is not a “membership” in the classical sense of membership in a club, organization or committee; Members may view and access content and material on the site not available to the general public but are not granted any unique privileges with regard to the operation of the site, do not have any say in the privileges afforded to Members, do not have any rights or say in the operation or management of the site or Free Kick Masters Event, and do not have any other general or special rights of any nature or kind whatsoever. Membership privileges are determined and granted solely by the Operator.

In the event the Free Kick Master does not occur on July 5, 2008, or within 60 days thereof, and you have purchased the Members Only Gold Access Membership allowing you to view the preliminary Free Kick Master rounds, you shall be entitled to maintain your Gold Access Membership or obtain a merchandise credit that may be used toward purchasing Free Kick Master merchandise from the www.freekickmastersusa.com website. The credit shall be equal to the difference between the price you paid for the Members Only Gold Access Membership and the cost of a Members Only Access Membership on the date that you purchased your Members Only Gold Access Membership. This credit is the exclusive reimbursement if the Free Kick Master event does not occur and no refunds shall be made. The credit shall be good for nine months after the date your Members Only Gold Access Membership was purchased.

REVIEWS, COMMENTS, COMMUNICATIONS, AND OTHER CONTENT

Visitors may post reviews, comments, and other content; send e-cards and other communications; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam."
